9th US Congressional District Democratic Candidate Forum

Citizen Action/Illinois, the state’s largest and oldest public interest coalition, is hosting a forum for Democratic candidates running for the 9th US Congressional District (Morton Grove’s District, currently represented by Jan Schakowski, who is retiring). All candidates registered for the 2026 Democratic primary in this race have been invited to attend. This event is free and open to the public. The forum will be held on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, 6 – 8 pm at Oakton Community College’s Skokie Campus, 7701 Lincoln Ave, Skokie.
